Rentals:

1. The bill consists of two parts. A rental amount and a security deposit. The rental and security deposit would be collected upfront. The security deposit would be refunded should the jewel be returned in the same condition as that of the pickup.
2. Jewels are rented for one event that is for 3-4 days. The rent is flat priced for the event as we understand the importance of celebrations. However, jewels are to be returned within 4 days from the date of pickup
3. Day of pickup and return are considered within the 4-day range
4. In extraordinary and unavoidable circumstances, should the customer face trouble in returning the goods, we expect customers to inform us in advance and get our approval and terms of return in writing. Please note, that our jewels are in high demand and we would not like to turn down requests from customers waiting for jewels
5. Failure to intimate the delay or not returning the jewel beyond the agreed days would be tantamount to the condition of goods stolen, the security deposit will not be returned and a theft case will be filed
6. If there is significant damage to the jewel beyond reasonable repair conditions, we would ask our customers to buy the same jewel. The difference amount would be calculated and intimated by Nayraas.
7. When the jewels are picked up from the store, picking up would be construed as a customer having thoroughly examined the jewels and being found in good condition. The expectation is to return jewels in the same condition. If any damage is found, please bring it to the attention of the curators. In case, the products are received by courier, customers are expected to check items and report for damage within 1 hour of reception.
8. We understand minor damages are sometimes unavoidable. Please do bring it to the attention of curators when returning the goods. 
9. Jewels are to be used for only the purpose for which it has been rented. Any unauthorized modifications, misuse, negligence, or illegal use will be borne by the customer
10. The customer is responsible for any loss, theft or damage to the product during the rental period. The cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from security deposit
11. The late fee will be charged for each day the product is returned beyond the agreed date. This would be at 33% of the rental amount per day and will not be allowed in any circumstances beyond two days
12. Goods will only be accepted for exchange under the following conditions:
1. The Goods are lost in transit
2. The Goods delivered did not match the requested item
13. Exchange or returns are not entertained under the following conditions:
1. If the goods are lost due to an incorrect address
2. After multiple delivery attempts by courier agencies
3. Goods not faulty or damaged
4. Minor changes in design or color. Most of our jewels are handcrafted with precious and semiprecious stones. Thus, there might be slight variation compared to images shown on the website
14. All the disputes will be handled in Bengaluru courts
15. In case of Jewellery sets rental, if any one of the earrings or mangtika or necklace is lost or misplaced, we would ask the customer to buy the entire set from us
16. In case of cancellations, the following terms are as follows

• If the order is canceled three days in advance of the scheduled pickup date, only the processing and taxes would be charged which would be at or less than 3% of the rental value
• If the order is canceled two days in advance of the scheduled pickup date, 20% of the rental value will be collected
• If the order is canceled one day in advance of the scheduled pickup date, 50% of the rental value will be collected
• If the order is canceled on the day of pickup or after the product is dispatched, 100% of the rental value will be collected 

Buy

• Separate inventory is maintained for buying and renting jewels. 
• The Price of the jewels are mentioned and are collected before delivery
• Goods once sold will not be exchanged or returned except in the following cases
• Goods are lost during the transit
• If Nayraas is unable to exchange, replace, or provide an alternate solution
• In such cases, processing fees and tax would be charged which would be equal to 3% of the Sale value
• Exchange or returns are not entertained under the following conditions:
1. If the goods are lost due to an incorrect address
2. After multiple delivery attempts by courier agencies
3. Goods not faulty or damaged
4. Minor changes in design or color. Most of our jewels are handcrafted with precious and semiprecious stones. Thus, there might be slight variation compared to images shown on the website
5. Products returned in a used or damaged condition
6. Outdated invoice that is more than a day of receiving jewels

General terms on Limitations of Liability

1. Nayraas is not liable for any loss, theft, damage or destruction of jewelry while in possession of the customer
2. Nayraas has taken reasonable efforts to accurately describe and photograph jewelry items on the website, However, it is not liable for any perceived discrepancies in color, size or quality
3. Nayraas is not responsible for delays beyond reasonable control, non-delivery or misdeilvery of jewelry items. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and ensuring timely returns
4. Nayraas may use third party services for shipping, payment processing, and other functions. Company is not liable for any errors, disruptions or damages caused by these third party services
5. Nayraas is not responsible for any allergic reactions or sensitivities customers experience post wearing jewelry . Customers are encouraged to check product details for materials used
6. Customers agree to indemnify and hold Nayraas harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from their use of Jewelry, including but not limited to misuse, negligence, or failure to comply with terms and conditions
7. Nayraas is not liable for any failure or delay in service due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or other unforseen circumstances
8. Customers are responsible for complying with all relevant laws and regulations regarding use of jewelry. Nayraas is not liable for any legal consequences resulting from customer actions
9. In no event shall the Nayraas liability whether in contract, tort or otherwise exceed total amount paid by customer for specific transaction
10. Nayraas provides jewelry on as-is basis without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose
